Frederick W. (Fred) Pencek is Director of Sales for KETCHConsulting. Fred had a long successful career with IBM in technical, sales and managerial positions. For over fifteen years, Fred was a Senior Health Industry Specialist traveling the world presenting IBM’s Health Industry offerings and Trends and Directions in Health Automation. Fred worked directly with customer executives and was a keynote speaker at a variety of health industry conferences.
Fred’s last twelve years with IBM were in IBM Business Continuity and Recovery Services. Fred was involved in selling, and later in field support, from the IBM Business Continuity and Recovery Services headquarters location in Sterling Forest, New York.
After leaving IBM, Fred became a Senior Partner in BRX (Business Recovery Experts), an IBM Business Partner. BRX had responsibility for selling and servicing over 200 customers.
Fred graduated in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University in Flint, MI; subsequently obtaining an MBA from the University of Scranton and the IBM Systems Research Institute in New York City. For nineteen years, as an Adjunct Professor at Marywood University, Fred taught many courses in the Graduate School of Business and Managerial Sciences.
